Fall Collegiate Recruitment
Hi AXs,
Here are the dates and party times for formal recruitment. I'm really looking for help with alumnae volunteers for any and all of these days. I don't know as yet how long before the parties you would need to be there to set up. Panhellenic rules require 1/2 hour before and after parties and no entering the house when the PMTs (rushees) are outside the houses. Please keep this in mind. Let me know if you can work a split shiff. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
Tuesday, Aug 23 parties 5:30 - 10:15 p.m.
Wednesday, Aug 24 parties 5:30 - 10:15 p.m.
Thursday, Aug 25 parties 5:30 - 10:15 p.m.
Friday, Aug 26 parties 2:00 - 11:20 p.m.
Saturday, Aug 27 parties 11:00 a.m.- 6:10 **(if needed 8th party to 7:10)
Sunday, Aug 28 Preference needs help 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We need 2 people for each of the first 3 days, 3-6 volunteers for the other three days.
